Very clean, beautiful room, and the best nightly rates in the town of Lockport!
Despite other reviews I have only one complaint about this motel, there are no bugs, the rooms are nice and simple, the service is fine. Rooms are 80$. My only complaint is the vending machines are out of order and if you wake up thirsty in the middle of the night there are no places open to get a bottle of water.

Can't beat it for the price if you have to stay in the area. Owner/management very safety conscious. No worries about your vehicle, ect.
Best price. Owner and wife only does all the work. Rooms cozy solid beds updated tile floors (no stinky stained old carpet) newly redone bathrooms rooms cleaned every day. Also zero drug or prostitution activities. So family safe. The company i work for will continue to do business here. Owner and wife along with there son was a pleasure to deal with on top of all that.
It was a pretty decent hotel. Aside from causing unnecessary problems over my STATE CERTIFIED support animal, they were very demanding about what I was "allowed" to do in this over priced barn stable. 1. A state certified service animal comes with a registration number that hotels can put into a national database and see the dog's info. This is VERY different from an "emotional support animal", which is used by people to get away with taking their animals into inconvenient places. (Thanks for making life hard for those of us that actually need a TRAINED service animal) 2. Extremely unprofessional staff. Rude. Demanding. Short tempered. Rushed us out of our room.
Stayed for two days with my daughter and son. Room was very cleaned . The owner was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed in the room. Drove 13 hours so when we went to sleep we slept like babies, it was very quite and safe to get a good night's rest. Very trustful people. Really enjoyed our stay.
Clean and nice location near Grand Isle. Very soft sheets! Owner was having parking lot cleaned when I arrived. Room was small but clean with a small table, Refrigerator, tv and ac unit. Shower but no tub. Felt safe! Love parking at my door!
